Hours passed and still no call from either. And my account balances are still large despite switching most of my money to JP Morgan. They are definitely proving my decision correct!
Hate their ATM! Key numbers don't really work, you have to press them really hard, I never have time to go to the bank so I go at night and the ATM Is ALWAYS full of spiders! SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Besides that, I love that bank and their employee.
I am writing this complaint and more for reasons that denigrate my person and for racist reasons .. today I went to the bank to make my payment of my credit card and it is not the first time this happened to me, they are many times, but 4 times that happens to me with the same person ... I was called by someone who said he was the relationship manager of the branch. I think he was drumming up business, but I had an extremely large HELOC that expired in 2014 and it seemed a free new line at a low rate made sense. The size was too large for him to quote me, so he promised to get back to me the next day with all the necessary info. I am still waiting two weeks later.
I called yesterday and was told the relationship manager was busy but would call me back. I also asked to talk to the mortgage coordinator and was told she would call back within minutes and that she only was in the branch on Mon and Thur.
Hands down worst customer service I've ever seen.
What a sad bank. Affluent customers are steered to Merrill, which isn't what most of us want, or we are abandoned.
It is sad that the drive-through has closed. I am handicapped and it's difficult to get to inside tellers. It's obvious that customer service isn't the priority with corporate Bank of America.
