Just went to buy my son a bike for his birthday. There were at least 4 employees in the store. Not one even bothered to look up when we walked in. Walked around and waited for 10 mins. Still no one acknowledged our presence. Walked over to the desk to ask for help and the employee, now on the phone, still didn't acknowledge our presence. Rude. Taking our business elsewhere.
I wouldn't consider purchasing a bike, getting it fitted, or getting it serviced any place other than Trek Highland Park. The knowledge of the staff is only surpassed by their friendliness. Trek HP is more than just a bike store, they have regular clinics and events for every level of biker.

Awesome awesome! I don't know their names, but both bike mechanics helped me with an issue - I needed an old road brake lever for my fixed gear bike. They decided to use a busted Tiagra brake lever so I can rest my hand on it while I ride. Thanks guys!
