I have been happy with this place for a long time. This time I get the car back and the passenger seat is stuck in the forward position. I couldn't push it back. They verified that I did come in when I said I did. I showed them a forum post on how this happens and the cure. Then they sent two guys out to fix the car. 20 minutes later all is well. Although I was upset that this happened, I am thrilled with the reaction. Give these guys an attaboy!
A truly fantastic car wash most of the time. My biggest issue is I feel they put much more time into luxury cars. I bring an S-series Audi Q5 3.0 and it's pretty much perfect. I bring the Honda Fit (both washes cost about $35) and they didn't really get many of the bugs and bird droppings caked to the Honda Fit after a long auto transport. If you are getting a luxury car go for it, but expect some at home "DIY" effort if you bring an economy subcompact car.
Crossroads Car wash is the best carwash in the north suburbs. My car always come through completely clean and shiny. You could not find a friendlier group of people who then hand dry your car after it comes though the wash. They hand cleaned the inside windows and out before giving my car back to me. I highly recommend trying Crossroads Car wash
Great car wash. The guys who work there do a great job and I love that they wipe down the car post-wash.
A little slow but always a good wash. They will even buff out some of the tree stains.
