STAY AWAY! These guys DONT stand behind their work. They installed a toliet flange & set the toilet when we got a new floor. Within a year it started leaking at the base. I called them back several times telling them about the problem, & they kept telling me I had to talk to a foreman, who then never called. They are happy to talk with you if you have a job, but when their shoddy work fails, they just avoid you. Get a real professional instead.
We've used Pasquesi for years. They always send the *nicest* and most knowledgeable people for whatever problem you're having. They have solved problems quickly and efficiently where other companies had proposed complicated and expensive repairs.
I called for service due to a water leak from my disposal which they had installed 5 years ago. The service arrived on Monday and I was told there was a crack in the disposal and would have to check if it was under warranty. I made 5 phone calls to them from Monday to Wednesday asking for updates and no one returned my calls. I called Wednesday morning at 7:30a. and asked to speak to the manager and was told he was on a other call. I asked him to call me back ASAP. It was after 9am when my call was returned and not by the manager. I was told the disposal was out of warranty and they ordered a new one. I replied I never authorized the order and their service is so poor I would not have them do the work. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
